PENINSULA PAINT & POUR
PENINSULA PAINT & POUR

Join Em for a relaxed coastal art experience overlooking the sparkling waters where our local Mount Martha mussels are farmed. You’ll learn how to transform these beautiful shells into unique, hand-painted jewelery pieces — each one as individual as the tides that shaped it.
Enjoy a glass of bubbles and a taste of freshly cooked mussels as M shares quirky tales from Safety Beach’s past (did you know it used to be called Shark Bay?), plus a few fun facts about local mussel farming.
Come for the creativity, stay for the views — and leave wearing your own little piece of the Mornington Peninsula.

Bottled Blooms
A fresh and fabulous addition to our Paint & Pour sessions! In this creative workshop, you’ll transform a bottle of wine or bubbles into a hand-painted floral masterpiece. Guided by Em you’ll learn simple floral brush techniques and layering tricks to create a design that’s vibrant, personal, and totally gift-worthy. Sip while you paint, chat with fellow creatives, and leave with a keepsake bottle that’s almost too pretty to open (…almost!).
What’s included:

Join M for a fun, hands-on workshop inspired by traditional Mexican tin art! You’ll learn how to turn everyday metal — even an old baking tray or tomato paste tube — into something totally gorgeous.
M will show you how to emboss and colour your designs using simple tools and bright alcohol inks and acrylic paint. Create 3 beautiful pieces — maybe a sacred heart, an ornament, or a funky embossed box lid — and see just how transformative metal can be!

Roll up your sleeves and sink your hands into local clay as you create a beautiful handmade garlic and ginger grater — a little piece of pottery that’s both functional and full of soul.
Inspired by the Mornington Peninsula’s love of good food and honest craftsmanship, this relaxed session celebrates the region’s earthy charm — from olive groves to ocean breezes.
Enjoy a sip, a laugh, and the satisfaction of shaping something from the same earth that surrounds us. Your piece will be fired in Em's kiln and ready to collect once it’s been kissed by flame — a lasting reminder of your creative day by the bay.

Celebrate the stories that make your family unique in this heart-warming pottery session with M. You’ll design and decorate a beautiful ceramic plate featuring your own family tree, adding names, dates, and flourishes that make it truly one of a kind.
Once finished, your creation will be baked in the oven — ready to be boxed up as a meaningful gift for Mum, Gran, or anyone who loves something handmade from the heart.
A relaxed, creative afternoon filled with stories, laughter, and a gentle reminder that the best heirlooms are the ones we make ourselves.

Learn the art of watercolour painting in this beautifully relaxed and creative workshop. Guided by Em, you’ll explore the magic of colour blending, brush control, and layering techniques that bring your paintings to life
Each session focuses on a different theme — from baby woodland animals to dreamy florals or abstract designs — but the true focus is learning to let the paint flow and discovering your unique style.
You’ll leave with a mini artwork (perfect for framing or turning into handmade cards) and the confidence to keep exploring water color at home.

It’s not a fine art class — it’s a fun art class! Join Em for a relaxed 2.5-hour paint and sip session where creativity and good vibes flow.
You’ll choose from a selection of paintings (think coastal scenes, blooms, abstracts and more) and enjoy step-by-step guidance to create your own masterpiece — no experience needed, just a sense of humour and a willingness to give it a go.
Set to easy tunes and a laid-back atmosphere, this session includes a welcome Aperol Spritz, homemade wood-fired pizza, and a sweet treat to finish. At the end of the day, you’ll take home your own colourful creation — and probably a few new friends too.

For the first two hours, you’ll be down in my cozy Paint & Pour studio creating something fabulous — painting, pottery, mixed media, whatever we’re playing with on the day. It’s relaxed, hands-on, and guaranteed to get those creative juices flowing.

Then we head upstairs for the final 30 minutes to unwind with pizza, a mimosa, and that gorgeous view. It’s the perfect way to finish off your creative session — nibbling, sipping, chatting, and admiring your masterpiece.
